Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific electronic parts you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our electronics warehouse.
Pack with Care
Securely package the items in their original anti-static bags or protective casing to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians verify the components are in original working condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
